SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for supporting Topside Tactical Solutions. Every Kestrel sling is assembled with care and inspected before shipment to ensure it meets our standards for durability and performance.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
 

Because some items may be assembled upon order, processing times may occasionally be slightly longer during periods of high demand. If there is any delay, we will notify you.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped using USPS or UPS. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and carrier operations.

BULK ORDERS

If you are placing a bulk order and have a preferred shipping carrier or shipping account, please contact us prior to placing your order so we can coordinate shipping arrangements.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Topside Tactical Solutions is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are handled by the carrier. If your order appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.
